These terms and conditions constitute the Return and Refund Policy of Rise Studios, LLC.
1. Return Authorization Requirement
- All returns must be authorized before being shipped back to Rise Studios, LLC.
- Customers must Contact Us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
2. Return Packaging Requirements
To ensure safe transit, all returned items must be packaged securely:
- Original packaging is not required.
- However, items must be returned in safe, protective packaging.
- If the original shipment included extra protective materials (bubble wrap, padding, inserts), customers must include equivalent protective materials when returning the item.
- Rise Studios, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
3. Damaged-on-Arrival Procedure
If an item arrives damaged, customers must:
- Contact Rise Studios, LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
- Eligible claims will be refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer.
4. Incorrect Item Received Procedure
If a customer receives the wrong item, they must:
- Contact Rise Studios, LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item received.
- Return the incorrect item using a prepaid return label provided by Rise Studios, LLC.
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the incorrect item is received.
5. International Returns
Rise Studios, LLC currently ships within the United States only.
When international shipping becomes available:
- International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was misrepresented.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable.
- International returns may require additional processing time.

- Opened 3D printed items may be returned ONLY if the product was misrepresented by Rise Studios, LLC.
- 3D printed items that have been painted, sanded, glued, modified, assembled, or altered in any way are NOT eligible for return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented.

·Digital Items (Downloads, Printables, Files)
- Digital items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
- All digital purchases are final sale.
- Digital items may NOT be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded, or used commercially without written permission from Rise Studios, LLC.
- Unauthorized resale or redistribution violates copyright law.

- $1 Deals are sold AS IS.
- NO returns accepted.
- NO refunds issued.
7. Return & Refund Processing Time Disclaimer
Return and refund processing times may be affected by factors outside the control of Rise Studios, LLC, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Severe weather conditions
- Holiday or peak‑season slowdowns
- Bank or payment processor timelines
Rise Studios, LLC processes refunds immediately upon inspection of the returned item; however, the time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account depends solely on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
8. Exterior Photo Labeling Clause
Rise Studios, LLC may place a small photo or printed representation of the item on the outside of the package. This is done to:
- help customers recognize their purchase upon delivery
- reduce accidental openings of subscription boxes or forgotten orders
- assist household members in identifying the correct recipient
- help prevent misdelivery openings
- allow customers to easily deny the package at the door if they no longer wish to receive it
- provide couriers with a visual cue that the contents may be fragile or require gentle handling
